Biography
I graduated from Marquette University in 2019 with a degree in Biological Sciences and Environmental Studies. During my time at Marquette I worked with Dr. Stefan Schnitzer to understand the competition dynamics and physiological traits of lianas and trees in the tropical forests of Panama. Before coming to UTK, I taught environmental science and outdoor education at the Urban Ecology Center in Milwaukee, WI. I worked with the Milwaukee Public School system to get kids outside and engaged in scientific inquiry.
