Environmental Policy Collaboration Earns Research Award

Paul Armsworth, Distinguished Service Professor of Ecology; Charles Sims, TVA Distinguished Professor of Energy and Environmental Policy in the Haslam College of Business; and co-authors won the 2026 Rollie Lamberson Research Award from the Resource Modeling Association (RMA). Their paper, titled Multilevel Decision-Making and Protected Area Prioritization, earned the award as the best paper published in Natural Resource Modeling in the previous two years. They will receive the award at the RMA’s conference in Montpellier, France, in May 2027.
